My mom is celebrating her 58th birthday today. Although I know I will take some major shit for mentioning her real age, I want to tell her this.

I am so thankful that you are here celebrating 58 years. And that I am a part of it.

Thank you for always giving me an unconditional love that allowed me to know my self- worth as a woman, mother, and wife.

Thank you for being the person I call at night with gossip, or in the middle of the day when I am bored.

Thank you for loving my children like they were yours. They are so happy to go see Ba, and play with her Polly Pockets and eat fruit snacks.

Thank you for loving my husband like he is one of your children.

Thank you for be silly, spontaneous, bad with money, and telling me "not to worry so much", because those things help keep me from getting too boring and rigid.

Thank you for working so hard to take care of Nathan and I, we know how much you have sacrificed.

Thank you for being you.

When you run out of words.

I would like to start this post off with a great picture. I have run out of any real thought right now. I have tried to come up with some but my mind is all clogged with thoughts of roof replacement, furnace repalcement, and who in the world is Dannielynn's daddy. This whole buying and selling a house thing is a bitch.
Anyway, in the following picture you will see a woman who knows how to properly caress and hold a "toy". I think she really got that thing all hot and bothered! By the way, Happy 40th Birthday Sandy. You are truely a gift.
